Double Click on strategy (Live or Inactive) should implement Edit Functionality

If one double click on the strategy the following things should happen

If Live Trade is on , Pop up an message showing "This action will disable the live and edit feature will open". If confirmed then open the staregy in edit functioanlity after disabling Live trade
If Live trade is not on , double click on strategy should enable the Edit functioanlity and open the startegy screen with all details in editable mode
