I'm thinking of moving to a different software because of this issue. In that software if the position is exited due to SL or TP, it ignore the exit for that entry.

Yes i agree on this and this will improve the site a lot. In my strategy if a stop loss or a traget is hit. The exit signal is trying to sell a option. Example if a Put entry happen and it achieved the target and when the put exit signal is generated a call option is enabled in paper trading and in live trading it is trying to sell the put.

PLEASE END THIS LONG ONLY , SHORT ONLY, LONG + SHORT and all, its only confusing and of no use, who needs it. It's needed for Coding and should not be in the Algo platform. No other platform has such confusions. And I can bet no one will ever able to use it. If you want people to use your platform than it needs to be user friendly. And should not be confusing.
It should have only 2 options BUY & SELL, nothing else.
